Dar A1 Salam Trading was established in 2016 to provide services for a unique niche in the Qatar market, the delivery and assembly of household furniture. Providing teams of assemblers and driver/assemblers to Ikea Qatar’s main delivery contractor, Dar A1 Salam has proven to be a highly competent partner. This happened from very highly positive results in customer satisfaction. minimal income deficiencies. timely deliveries and accurate reporting structures. Dar Al Salam has under study other prospective delivery/assembly projects which can further enhance its standing as a reputable and profitable entity in this area.

Our current focus on Ikea home furnishings has provided us the expertise required to handle Ikea’s different ready-to-assemble furniture and home goods, even business to• business requirements.

Our teams are well versed in the complete line of Ikea products,
their handling and transport requirements, and assembly processes.
Safety initiatives are in place to ensure that products are damage-
free and the household as well as our staff are safe. Our staff have also been trained in communicating with various clientele nationalities. assuring them that their purchases are in good hands.

We also provide reports, both oral and written, a5 required by our client. Regular updates on travel, delivery and assembly times are
provided. All client documentations are accurately accomplished
and submitted on time, providing the client with the information they need to monitor and improve their overall business.

Our current fleet servicing Ikca is composed of 12 delivery
and assembly teams. Doxed delivery trucks that comply with our client and country standards are used. Only the most reliable branded tools arc utilized.

The requirement for delivery and installation of electrical appliances has steadily increased in Qatar. Dar Al Salam has
ventured into this activity by providing teams of skilled installers to the LG home delivery project. By providing
trained and certified staff, we have garnered the same positive results and recognitions as to our other endeavors.

Dar al Salam provides manpower for various business requirements. from office staff to manual labor. We have provided trained clerical staff to offices and labor requirements for product deliveries- Products ranging from dry materials to food products (dry to frozen) have been handled carefully and successfully by our staff of 80
individuals and 15 delivery trucks.
